  103.061.   Inspection by board of accounts and records of participants in plan or requesting participants. — The accounts and records of any state department, agency, institution, political subdivision or governmental entity participating in the plan or requesting participation shall be open to inspection by the board of trustees and its employees for the purpose of obtaining information necessary in the performance of the duties of the board. ­­-------- (L. 1992 H.B. 1574 § 1 subsec. 25)
