âÂ 103.019. Â Â Staff salaries to be set by board. â 1.Â Â Employees of the plan shall receive such salaries and necessary expenses as shall be fixed by the board. âÂ 2.Â Â Subject to the provisions of the constitution, the board of trustees shall have exclusive jurisdiction and control over the funds and property of the plan and may employ and fix the compensation of necessary employees.
