âÂ 47.180. Â Â Bond, where deposited, recorded. â Such bond shall be deposited with the clerk of the county commission of such county, and shall be by him recorded; and such record, or a copy thereof, certified under the seal of such tribunal, shall be evidence in any court of this state, with the same effect as the original.
