âÂ 47.030. Â Â Removal of county seat â vote of people. â Whenever one-fourth of the voters of any county shall petition the county commission for a removal of the seat of justice of such county to any other designated place, the commission shall make an order directing that the question be submitted to the voters of the county at the next municipal election.
