70.600 to 70.755 .   8.  (1)  A letter of guardianship and a letter of conservatorship shall be counted as separate letters.   (2)  For purposes of this subsection, the following terms mean:   (a)  "Letter of conservatorship" , the appointment of a conservatorship of an estate by the court to a protectee adjudged to be disabled;   (b)  "Letter of guardianship" , the appointment of a guardianship by the court to a ward adjudged to be incapacitated. ­­-------- (L. 2000 S.B. 542, A.L. 2010 S.B. 808, A.L. 2022 H.B. 1606, A.L. 2025 S.B. 1)
