â 483.360.   Clerk to file judgments at Lewis County seat. â It shall be the duty of the circuit clerk, on or before the adjournment of any term of said court, to make and certify under the seal of said court an abstract of any judgment or decree rendered therein, and all liens and notices of same filed therein (within twenty-four hours after the filing of such liens and notices) and file and record the same in a book to be kept for that purpose in his office at the county seat of said county, for which he shall receive a fee of one dollar, to be taxed as costs in the case; said abstract shall contain the names of all the parties, plaintiffs and defendants, the amount of such judgment or nature of such decree, against whom and in favor of whom rendered, and the date thereof.
