âÂ 483.210. Â Â Clerk's successor to receive all records of office. â If any clerk die, resign or be removed, he or his executors or administrators shall deliver all records, books, papers, files, seals and other things belonging to his office to his successor as soon as appointed, who shall take charge of the same.
