â 483.195.   Clerk found guilty, removed and fined. â If any clerk against whom charges shall be exhibited as aforesaid shall be found guilty thereof, he shall be removed from his office, and be fined at the discretion of the court in any sum not exceeding one thousand dollars to the use of the state; and he shall pay all the costs of the proceedings.
