  483.180.   Notice and copy of charges to be delivered — witnesses summoned. — Such notice and a copy of the charges shall be delivered to such clerk thirty days at least before the day so appointed, and the attorney general or prosecuting attorney shall file such charges in the office of the clerk of the circuit court in the county where the clerk's office is located, and shall cause witnesses to be summoned to support the same, and shall prosecute such charges with all convenient speed. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 13303, A.L. 1978 H.B. 1634) Prior revisions: 1929 § 11684; 1919 § 2128; 1909 § 2691 Effective 1-02-79
