âÂ 483.175. Â Â Duty of attorney general or prosecuting attorney â notice. â Whenever the attorney general or prosecuting attorney shall be required to prosecute charges against any clerk, he shall make out each charge in due form, and cause a copy thereof to be served on him, together with a notice requiring him to appear before the court, on some day in term time, to be specified in such notice, and answer the said charges.
