  479.375.   Severability clause. — If any provision of this act * or their application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this act * which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act * are severable. ­­-------- (L. 2015 S.B. 5) *"This act" (S.B. 5, 2015) contained numerous sections.  Consult Disposition of Sections table for a definitive listing.
