âÂ 478.740. Â Â Circuit No. 38, number of judges â number of divisions â election dates. â 1.Â Â There shall be two circuit judges in the thirty-eighth judicial circuit.Â Â These judges shall sit in divisions numbered one and two. âÂ 2.Â Â The circuit judge in division two shall be elected in 2016, and such judicial position shall not be considered vacant or filled until January 1, 2017.Â Â The judge in division one shall be elected in 2018.
