âÂ 478.700. Â Â Circuit No. 25, number of judges, divisions â when judges elected. â 1.Â Â There shall be two circuit judges in the twenty-fifth judicial circuit consisting of the counties of Maries, Phelps, Pulaski and Texas.Â Â These judges shall sit in divisions numbered one and two. âÂ 2.Â Â The circuit judge in division two shall be elected in 1980.Â Â The circuit judge in division one shall be elected in 1982.
