âÂ 478.023. Â Â Salary and expenses, how paid. â All of said salaries and expenses herein provided for circuit and associate circuit judges shall be paid out of the state treasury and shall constitute the total compensation for all duties performed by, and all expenses of, said judges, and there shall be no further payment made to or accepted by said judges for the performance of any duties required to be performed by them under the law.
