âÂ 477.285. Â Â Copies of reports disposed of, when. â The supreme court is hereby authorized to sell, destroy, give away or otherwise dispose of surplus bound or unbound copies of the official reports of the supreme court and the court of appeals at any time that the supreme court shall determine that such surplus books are in excess of the number of copies reasonably required to provide for future needs for replacement and other sales and distribution.
