  476.452.   Beneficiaries of special commissioners, benefits, how paid. — As part of the compensation of a special commissioner or referee, when he dies his beneficiary shall receive one-half of the compensation the special commissioner or referee was receiving at his date of death, payable monthly. ­­-------- (L. 1982 S.B. 497 § 476.597, A.L. 1983 H.B. 713 Revision, A.L. 1988 S.B. 425)
