âÂ 475.250. Â Â Effect of conveyance. â Every conveyance, mortgage, lease and assurance made under the order of the probate division of a circuit court, pursuant to the provisions of this law, is as valid and as effectual as if the same had been executed by a person of full age and of sound mind.
