475.010 . â 2.  Any term, provision, consideration, or covenant in any contract for treatment, goods, or services shall be unenforceable if such term, provision, consideration, or covenant requires a public administrator who is acting as a guardian or conservator to personally pay, assume, or guarantee the debt or account of a ward or protectee.
