âÂ 473.557. Â Â Notice of time for settlement. â The clerk shall notify each executor or administrator by ordinary mail of the day on which each of his settlements is required to be filed at least forty days before such date.Â Â Failure to receive the notice herein required shall not excuse any executor or administrator from making settlement at the time required by law.
