  473.527.   Taxes not liens in hands of transferee. — The lien of the state for estate taxes shall not extend to any interest acquired by a purchaser, mortgagee, or lessee through any transfer made by an executor or administrator under a power contained in a will or under order of the court. ­­-------- (L. 1955 p. 385 § 189)
