âÂ 473.473. Â Â Terms of sale. â In all sales of real or personal property the court may authorize credit to be given by the executor or administrator for the payment of such portion of the purchase price and for such periods of time, upon such rates of interest, with such security, and upon such other conditions as the court finds to be in the interests of the estate.
