473.233 to 473.243 for the inventory and appraisement of a decedent's estate.  The inventory shall include property as to which the protectee is a joint tenant or tenant by the entirety and all policies of life insurance owned by the protectee, whether or not payable to a named beneficiary, together with a statement of all income and benefits to which the protectee is or will be entitled to receive.  The inventory shall also disclose any nonprobate transferees designated to receive nonprobate transfers after the protectee's death. ­­-------- (L. 1955 p. 385 § 310, A.L. 1983 S.B. 44 & 45, A.L. 2018 S.B. 806)
