  473.173.   Bond of joint executors or administrators. — When two or more persons are appointed executors or administrators of the same estate and are required to give a bond, the court may require either a separate bond from each or one bond from all of them, and none shall act or intermeddle in the estate except those giving bond as required by the court. ­­-------- (L. 1955 p. 385 § 79)
