â 473.170.   Obligees of bond â liability of surety. â The bond of the executor or administrator shall run to the state of Missouri to the use of all persons interested in the estate and shall be for the security and benefit of such persons.  The sureties shall be jointly and severally liable with the executor or administrator and with each other.
