  473.040.   Notice where there are no known heirs. — When an intestate has left no known heirs, the clerk shall also publish a notice, once a week for six consecutive weeks in at least two newspapers, published in the places designated by the court, containing the name of the intestate, a description of his person, the time and place of his death, the place of his nativity, if known, and the appraised amount of his estate. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 80, A.L. 1955 p. 385 § 39) Prior revisions: 1929 § 80; 1919 § 79; 1909 § 87
