ÂÂ-------- (L. 1955 p. 385 § 292, A.L. 1957 p. 829, A.L. 1978 H.B. 1634, A.L. 1979 H.B. 95, A.L. 1983 S.B. 44 & 45, A.L. 1987 H.B. 637, A.L. 1994 S.B. 734) (1977) Held, a relative is entitled to preference over a stranger as guardian unless the record discloses dissension in the family, adverse interest of the relative and the incompetent, lack of business ability of the relative or any other reason a stranger would best serve the interest of the incompetent.
