23.253 of the Missouri sunset act:   (1)  The provisions of the new program authorized under this section shall sunset automatically on December 31, 2019, unless reauthorized by an act of the general assembly; and   (2)  If such program is reauthorized, the program authorized under this section shall sunset automatically on December 31, 2031; and   (3)  This section shall terminate on December thirty-first of the calendar year immediately following the calendar year in which the program authorized under this section is sunset. ­­-------- (L. 2013 S.B. 17 § 135.1220, A.L. 2014 H.B. 1614) *Section 160.933 was repealed by H.B. 1298 Revision, 2014.
