  160.061.   Records transferred from county superintendent of schools — duties. — In all counties in this state the county clerk shall be responsible for maintaining records of a historical, statutory or informational nature that were formerly maintained by the county superintendent of schools. ­­-------- (L. 1979 H.B. 772 § A)
