  104.081.   Highway patrol retirement age. — Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any uniformed member of the highway patrol may retire at age fifty-five with four years of creditable service with a normal annuity and shall retire at age sixty. ­­-------- (L. 2004 H.B. 1440)
