  100.610.   Law to be liberally construed. — This law shall be construed liberally to effectuate the purposes hereof.  Insofar as the provisions of this law are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this law shall be controlling. ­­-------- (L. 1967 p. 172 § 32)
